Thanks

I know I have said this before, but it needs to be repeated. We are so incredibly lucky to have such supportive friends and family. We are thankful for all the help we have received while welcoming John into our family. My parents and Danny's parents have been such a big part of the help. Between laundry, dishes, and any other household chores you can think of, my mom and Danny's mom were on top of it. We didn't have to lift a finger (I didn't even have to cook a meal, which if you know me well, you know that is a win win for everyone involved.) Not to mention getting quality time with John. Our parents spent time with Tommy to give us time with John. Between the park, play time at the house, and walks around the neighborhood, Tommy had a wonderful time with his grandparents. At the end of the night, I am not sure who was more worn out, Tommy or Poppi :)

Now that the grandparents visits have come to an end, I am thinking about the time I have left before I go back to work. I only have a month left of maternity leave and will be savoring every minute. I miss my job, but being with the boys is so rewarding. It is amazing how your heart grows bigger with each child. Motherhood is an amazing gift! Thank you everyone for helping us become the best parents we can.
